I said when I started this that I was going to only censor all your comments to the posts that were offensive in some way. I appreciate the support from the comments on the previous post, and while they aren't offensive, I think the original author has the right idea by asking us to keep moving in the right direction with communication. I'm not ungrateful, and I do appreciate the support, but the reason I posted the original authors comment was to let everyone know what's being said and how we're handling it!
Even if the comments don't make it here, I'll try to reply in some way. My replies won't always be what everyone wants to hear, but please do know that we all listen and we do care.
Thanks again for your support. And for those of you with comments, criticisms, questions or compliments, don't be afraid to keep them coming.

Tim your doing a GREAT job! We appreciate your dedication. Just wanted to let you know that we are really enjoying Hector as well. I know he has been around for awhile but he has brought a fresh perspective to the spin room!! He is intense but WONDERFUL! Also, it is great to see Allyson back. She has a big heart and lots of energy! One question....Beth L has been talking about a spinathon. When is this????
I hope you have seen the signs, we just posted. Spinathon is Oct 11, Sat..8:30 til 11:30am in the spin room..6 instructors, door prizes, a surprise of two and fun...so come join us...$30 reserves your bike, all proceeds benefit the Youth Scholarship...thanks for your support, Beth L.
Tim you do an awesome job, even in your sleep, you are managing the YMCA group exercise program..I enjoy working with someone who gets it and has passion for their people first, that is what makes you a top notch, Boss!! thanks for all the hard work and awesome attitude that you share with us everyday!!!!
Beth L.
Tim,
What is happening to Body Pump? It is one of my favorite classes that barely could be done in 55min! Tues. it is now 45min so another class can be set up. Why can't the particiipants help with the set up. 15min taken away from Pump for their set up. Trying to adjust to changes but this just isn't right!
